Open Enrollment is a once-per-year opportunity to make changes to the benefit options you have elected. Open Enrollment is the best time to review your benefit elections, ensure that you have current dependents listed, verify your beneficiaries are up-to-date, and make changes to your elections.Partial Full Time and Full Time employees, working 20 hours or more, are required to complete this process – even if waiving.
All Open Enrollment materials, including the Summary Guide to Benefits, will be available via the Online Benefits Portal on July 20, 2023. Employees will receive an email and text message at the start of Open Enrollment. Please verify that your contact information is accurate by checking your HR Employee Access Portal (OKTA), and that you are able to access your d93.k12.id.us email account.
